All online purchases are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for any reason, including (but not limited to) sizing/fit, color preference, style preference, event cancellations, or change of mind.
We provide a Size & Fit guide on every product page. If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.
To prevent size-bracketing (ordering multiple sizes of the same item with the intent to return), we may limit quantities or cancel orders that include multiple sizes of the same style.
We inspect every item before shipping to confirm size and color match and to check for defects or damage.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@azureandlavender.com with your order number and photos.
If approved, we will issue STORE CREDIT ONLY (no refunds). Store credit may be issued after review and, when requested, after the item is returned for inspection.
Items sent back without written approval will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
A $5 cancellation fee applies to any online order cancelled after it is placed. This fee helps cover processing and transaction costs.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
